If we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order. While we strive for accurate pricing, errors can occur, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to mispricing, even after payment has been processed.

How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provided via email. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days, please email shoplulight@gmail.com and we will assist you from there.
