We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and order cancellations!

Returns:

• If you need to return an item, please reach out to us by email (shopluligt@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process!
• The item must be returned in its original, brand-new condition.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item, simply get in touch with us.
• Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new one to you right away.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges, both ways.

Cancellations:

• If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing it.
